Easy 30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us
   Email us at info@norivale.comwith your order number and the reason for the return. We’re happy to answer any questions you might have.

2. Receive Instructions
   We’ll provide you with the return address and all necessary details to complete your return.

3. Prepare Your Return
   Pack your item securely using the original packaging or equivalent. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, including label printing and postage costs.

4. Ship It
   We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Nori & Vale is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refund Processing
   Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, simply let us know once your return is received. We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Important Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Return shipping costs are not covered by Nori & Vale.

• Return shipping typically starts at around $10, depending on size and carrier.

Partial Refunds & Exceptions

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted if:

• The item shows visible signs of use

• Original parts, tags, or packaging are missing

• The return arrives late or damaged
