If your request is made within this timeframe and your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

After 24 Hours?

If more than 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in the fulfillment process. In this case, cancellation might not be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, we recommend waiting for the package to arrive. Once received, you are welcome to initiate a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
